Woman's Downstairs Neighbors Are Keeping Her Up At Night With Their Loud Sex

Living in an apartment has its advantages.  There's the joy of literally living on top of one another that seems to bring out the best in everyone.  The landscaping is taken care of for you, and you'll likely have several packages stolen from outside your door.

If that's not enough in the positive column, then what about being able to hear your neighbors arguing through the walls?  Or if you have the luxury of not being on the first floor, then you can also hear them through your floor.

Throw some kids running around at all hours of the night, and now we're having some real fun.  Or random early morning knocks from some lunatic trying to enter your apartment.  Now we're talking about some really good times.

Having to listen to neighbors have sex loudly late at night is where some draw the line.  That includes a woman who filed her complaint about her downstairs neighbors on the Neighbors From Hell subreddit.

According to the unnamed apartment dwelling complainer, her downstairs neighbors are keeping her up at night by "having loud sex."  She says they like to get busy anywhere from 12 am to 3 am and that it's the "girl making unnecessary porno moans" that wakes her up.

Sometimes You Have To Fight Fire With Fire

She says that an occasional noise from a neighbor is to be expected in an apartment setting, but these neighbors are making noise more than occasionally.   At least two times a week, she is awakened by their late night romps.

"Mind you I wear ear plugs almost every night bc my boyfriend snores super loud, and I can STILL hear them.  And of course he could sleep through the house collapsing so he doesn’t hear a thing," she said.

"I waited for a while to do something because I thought ‘oh maybe this won’t happen all the time’ but it has been happening at least twice a week."

It's to the point where she is contemplating writing a "friendly note" to her neighbors.  She's already tried the banging on the floor method and that didn't slow them down at all.

People tossed out suggestions like yelling out encouraging things during their sessions, but I didn't find anyone offering up an obvious solution to this situation.  If you can't beat them, join them.

They need to go on the offensive here and launch their own late night attacks.  Is there a chance it all spirals out of control?  There is.  But there's also the chance that they realize they don't like being kept awake.  It's a chance worth taking in my opinion.
