Woman Caught Her Dad Using Her Apartment To Cheat With One Of Her Former Friends

Catching your dad cheating is tough all on its own.  Add in the fact that he's cheating on his wife with one of your former friends, and you've taken the situation to a whole new level.

Now take a cheating dad who is having an affair with someone who was formerly your friend and sprinkle in the fact that he's conducting his extramarital business in your apartment in your bed.  That's the fresh hell one woman finds herself in.

She explained that her dad is on his second marriage and has been with his wife for 12 years now.  His first marriage, to this woman's mom, ended after 22 years when he cheated on her.  He has a bit of a thing for having relationships outside of his marriage.

"Help.  I am going through a tough time so I’ve been staying with a friend for a while, I’ve left my apartment temporarily (since December)," the woman explains.

"My dad has been having an affair for over 5 years now.  I know her and used to be friends with her.  On several occasions, I’ve caught them walking into my apartment on camera."

Then comes probably the most unforgivable part of the entire story.  The fact that dad has been sleeping with his daughter's former friend in her bed.  That has to be on the list of unforgivable acts by a parent.

Confronting Dad Over His Extramarital Activities Is Off The Table

"He’s using my apartment to sleep with her, IN MY BED.  Every time I go, the bed is made up differently, the air is on, someone used the shower etc," she continued.

Dad has a key because he had a spare one made when she first moved in so that he could drop by and make some repairs that were needed.  Not so he could bang his girlfriend behind his wife's back.

That wasn't part of the arrangement.  Now she finds herself in a tough spot looking for some advice on Reddit on how to get them to go elsewhere for their hookups.  Not an easy task, it turns out.

She explains that confronting dad was off the table.  He's not just a cheat, but according to his loving daughter, the man is also abusive.  A real father of the year candidate from what I'm gathering.

The woman isn't interested in putting an end to the affair either.  She isn't a fan of his second wife and, from what she describes, the wife isn't a fan of hers or her sister.  Talk about one big happy family.

Her plan is to have the landlord change the locks then hope that her dad doesn't ask for a new key to resume his mission of becoming a father of the year nominee.

That's one way to hopefully put an end to it.  Another, and one she probably should consider, is moving, then buying a new bed, and cutting ties with her old man.  That's how you solve a problem.
