GoFundMe Set Up For Hero UNC Students Who Protected Fallen Flag From Pro-Hamas Mob

A heroic group of UNC frat bros withstood the barrage of a pro-Hamas mob in order to protect a fallen American flag, and they will now get a serious reward.

Pro-Hamas/anti-Israel riots have popped up all over campuses around America, and the footage is pretty stunning. NYPD officers cracked down at Columbia University Tuesday night, and UCLA was engulfed by violence in the early Wednesday morning hours.

UNC also saw its fair share of chaos Tuesday, but some frat bros made sure to hold the line against those who sympathize with terrorists.

Pro-Hamas protesters tore down an American flag at UNC and replaced it with one representing the Palestinians. Authorities and school officials eventually got the American flag back up, but before that could happen, a heroic group of students and frat bros protected the fallen flag to make sure it couldn't be further desecrated.

Footage shared by Bryan Anderson shows the students holding up the flag as they face down an unruly mob throwing items at them.

Guillermo Estrada, a UNC student, tweeted that people were hitting the heroic and patriotic students protecting the flag with rocks, sticks, water bottles and used profane language against the group.

Estrada says the group held the line for an hour until the situation was resolved.

Following their brave actions, a GoFundMe was established so that the young men could enjoy themselves a nice party. The description states:

"Commie losers across the country have invaded college campuses to make dumb demands of weak University Administrators.

But amidst the chaos, the screaming, the anti-semitism, the hatred of faith and flag, stood a platoon of American heroes. Armored in Vineyard Vines and Patagonia, fueled by Zyn and White Claws, these triumphant Brohemians protected Old Glory from the unwashed Marxist horde -- laughing at their shrieks and wails and shielding the Stars & Stripes from Soviet missiles.

These boys... no, men, of the UNC Chapel Hill Pi Kappa Phi, gave the best to America and now they deserve the best.

Help us raise funds to throw this frat the party they deserve, a party worth of the boat-shoed Broleteriat who did their country proud."

In case you need a reason to believe in America, this is a prime example of there being some great people still out there.

These students could have done nothing and allowed the pro-Hamas mob to disrespect America and our beautiful flag. Instead, they rushed in and protected the red, white and blue.

It damn near makes me a bit misty in the eyes. The mob took the flag down, attempted to attack the students protecting it, but they held the line, despite being heavily outnumbered.

That's the kind of spirit that won two world wars and put men on the moon.
