Chaos And Violence Erupt At UCLA During Hamas/Israel Protest: VIDEOS

UCLA's campus is on fire in the early Wednesday morning hours amid mass protests involving Israel and Hamas.

College campuses have been consumed by pro-Hamas protests over the past couple weeks, and it appears things have reached a breaking point. Police stormed Columbia University to take back a building under siege, and things boiled over at UCLA.

Violence and chaos erupted between the pro-Hamas mob and supporters of Israel after days of building tensions, which included attempting to turn Jewish students away from parts of campus.

Violence erupts at UCLA amid escalating tensions.

Videos circulating social media show all hell breaking loose between the two sides, and it's clear the situation was absolute anarchy.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass tweeted at 4:47 a.m. EDT that LAPD was on the scene, but it's unclear as of publication if it's made any impact.

Following Bass' tweet, there was footage of police walking around, but also video of the violence continuing, despite police presence.

A tweet sent at 5:47 a.m. EDT showed police telling people to clear out, and that seems to be the latest update on the fluid situation as of publication.

This is a developing situation that remains incredibly fluid as people continue to clash on campus. Check back to OutKick for the latest updates as we have them, and send me your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
