TSA Agent Says Passengers With Big Butts Set Off The Airport X-Ray Machines More Often

If you're packing extra in your backside, traveling via the air could make you more prone to some extra TLC from the TSA.  That's because those with big butts set off the airport x-ray machines more than those who travel with a smaller booty.

That's not my observation.  That's the observation of a TSA agent who told his TikTok influencer wife about what he's noticed while performing his very important duties of patting down grandmas and checking the hands of young children for bomb-making material.

His influencer wife, Alyse Carolyn, hopped on TikTok and shared the news/warning with her more than 314k followers.  She said, "My husband is a TSA agent, and he just told me that people with blessed posteriors set off the X-ray machine more often than not."

For "purely scientific" reasons, as the caption of the clip suggests, she then called on everyone to test out her husband's observations.

"If you’ve got a fat ass, next time you go to the airport, please tell me, did you set off the X-ray machine?"

TikTok Users Confirm TSA Agents Claim That Big Butts Set Off X-Ray Machine

There was no need to wait for her followers to encounter the TSA again to test out the theory.  There were plenty of people willing to out themselves as travelers with big butts and confirm the x-ray machine's big booty bias.

One jumped in the comments and said, "Yes. It happens often.  Always sets off the crotch area.  😅😅😅 Not every time but often enough."

Another added, "ah. that's why I get patted down everytime."

"Omg i do always set off the machine wow," a third said.

That's all the science needed to confirm what the influencer's TSA agent husband said.  If you've got a big butt, set aside a few minutes for some extra security measures to be performed on you.  There's a good chance you're setting off the body scanner.

Although the TSA is not prepared to admit that they like big butts and they cannot lie.  They told the NY Post of the claims made in the video, "TSA cannot verify the authenticity of claims made on TikTok without more context about the time and place where security screening occurred."

"However, I can verify that TSA’s on-person screening technology effectively screens diverse populations of travelers every day.  During development, TSA on-person screening algorithms were trained to recognize body composition."

Likely story.  Just admit it, the TSA is officially into bigger booty.

They won't do it, and in reality we don't need them to.  I've seen at least three comments on a TikTok video confirming that it takes place, and I don't know about you, but that's all I need.
