Top Hollywood Agent Leaves Leadership Role After Claiming Israel Is Committing Genocide

CAA agent Maha Dakhil has left her leadership role at the company after an absolutely insane anti-Israel post.

Israel is currently battling a brutal war against Hamas in Gaza after the terror group carried out a horrifying terrorist attack that left more than 1,400 dead. In response, Israel has launched a massive air campaign ahead of a likely ground invasion.

What does Dakhil think about Israel defending itself against terrorists? It's genocide in her mind.

Maha Dakhil steps down from leadership position after insane post about Israel.

Dakhil reposted a statement on social media from a pro-Palestine account that read, "You’re currently learning who supports genocide," according to Variety.

She then added her own caption of, "That’s the line for me," and shared a second post that read, "What’s more heartbreaking than witnessing genocide? Witnessing the denial that genocide is happening."

The posts were eventually taken down, and she's now resigned from a CAA internal board and is "stepping away from her leadership duties as co-head of the motion pictures department," according to the same Variety report.

She plans to learn more about the conflict in her time away, according to the same report. Apparently, a full grown adult needs to learn that war is ugly following the slaughter of innocent Israelis and Americans.

Dakhil represents some very notable clients.

Maha Dakhil is a major player when it comes to representing stars. She reps Tom Cruise, Natalie Portman and Madonna.

Portman is the most notable name on that list for this situation. Natalie Portman is Israeli, and is VERY outspoken in support of the Israeli people.

She was one of the first celebrities to publicly side with Israel and show support following the attack. I wonder how she feels that her agent posted anti-Israel messages alleging a genocide was being carried out.

First off, it's wildly false, and secondly, it's unbelievably gross and offensive. Something tells me Portman likely feels the same way given her background.

It's been wild watching so many people voice anti-Israel and anti-Semitic thoughts in the aftermath of Israel being attacked by Hamas. Whether it's college students rallying in support of Hamas or people spreading lies about Israel, the flow of terrible ideas just doesn't seem to stop on this issue.
