Texas Woman's Twerking Performance In Middle Of The Road Interrupted By Police
I assume the urge to twerk is much like other strong urges that sometimes get the best of us. When the urge hits, even in the middle of the road, it's going to happen and there's very little anyone can do to stop it.
That certainly seems to be the case for one Texas woman who couldn't control the urge. She didn’t care that it was nighttime, she didn't care that the traffic light had already turned green, she was going to twerk.
There isn't any backstory provided, so we're not likely ever going to find out why the car behind her had their phone out taking video of the performance. Let's just be glad that they were.
They could have known each other and set it all up, or she could have been jumping out at every light to shake her ass. Whatever one you want to decide took place here, have at it.
What is known from the video is that, as she's twerking at the light, a member of the Frisco Police Department rolls up mid-performance. Panic sets in as the flashing lights approach, and she quickly gets back into the car.
Twerking at a traffic light at night isn't the smartest idea
I couldn’t find any mention of an arrest for twerking in the street recently, but if she was hauled off to jail she wouldn’t be the first Texas woman to take a trip to jail for for doing so.
There could be a chance that there was a perfectly good reason for her to be twerking at the traffic light and the officer let her go with a warning. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt.
She could have been trying to flag someone down. The car does have its four-way flashers on. There's a chance that the car was having some issues and that she needed some assistance.
I'm not saying the chances are high or anything like that. I'm simply saying there's a slightly better than 0% chance. Even if that's not the case, a trip to jail seems a bit harsh.
