Taylor Fritz's Girlfriend Morgan Riddle Goes Viral At Wimbledon

Say hello to the new first couple of American tennis: Taylor Fritz and girlfriend Morgan Riddle.

While Fritz, the No. 1 ranked U.S. male tennis player was busy beating Alexander Zverev (4-6, 6-7(3), 6-4, 7-6(3), 6-3) in the fourth round at Wimbledon, in the stands, his girlfriend Riddle, who has been dubbed "the most famous woman in men's tennis," was rocketing up the Google Trends chart after ESPN cameras made sure to give the blonde model plenty of TV time.

Social media experts are calling it the biggest win of Fritz's career. It might also be the biggest content wins of Riddle's career even though she boasts 314k Instagram fans and 500k TikTok fans.

Riddle figures to get plenty of TV time on ESPN Wednesday at Noon when Fritz faces Lorenzo Musetti in the quarters. The U.S. hasn't had a male make the Wimbledon semis since 2018 when John Isner lost to Kevin Anderson. The last time an American won Wimbledon was 2000 when Pete Sampras won his 7th title on the grass.

The moment and its importance to American tennis definitely isn't lost on Riddle. In a 2022 TikTok video, the influence declared she's on a mission to "make tennis cool again" while adding, "I know tennis is relatively uncool and unknown in America."

Add it all up and Wednesday could be that moment where Riddle declares "mission accomplished" if Fritz can get over that hump and into the Wimbledon semis.

America will be watching.
