'Stranger Things' Star Drops Awesome Final Season Update
It sounds like the final season of "Stranger Things" is going to be an epic ride.
Production has been underway for a while on the fifth and final season of the hit Netflix sci-fi series, and the belief is that it will likely drop on the streaming giant at some point in 2025.
What will fans get once the final season gets underway? It's going to be a wild ride, according to Henry Creel/Vecna actor Jamie Campbell Bower.
"Stranger Things" star Jamie Campbell Bower previews final season.
Season four of the Netflix show was unbelievably impressive from a production standpoint. The final two episodes of the season could have been movies.
Well, as impressive as season four was for fans, it sounds like season five will only be bigger and more impressive.
"If you thought last season was nuts, this season is just out of control, wild, like, it’s bonkers. It really, really is. It’s bigger. It’s just completely insane. It’s completely insane," Bower said during an appearance on iHeart’s "I’ve Never Said This Before With Tommy DiDario," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
While plot details about the final season are being protected like America's greatest secrets, there's no doubt Netflix is going to do it big.
Bower is simply confirming what fans have believed ever season two came to an end. "Stranger Things" has been one of Netflix's best hits since it first premiered in 2016.
Now, it's time to wrap up the epic journey of Eleven and the rest of her ragtag gang of friends. If Bower's comments are accurate, then fans are in for an adrenaline-filled conclusion.
There's still no official release date for the fifth and final season, but let's hope it arrives in early 2025 and not summer. Nobody wants to wait another year. Feed it to us, Netflix! Let me know what you think at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
