SI Swimsuit Model Camille Kostek Broke An NFL Rule In Order To Start Dating Rob Gronkowski
If the NFL had its way, Camille Kostek and Rob Gronkowski would never have started dating. The haters of love, obviously, have a rule in place that prohibits something that happens all over high schools and college campuses across the country; cheerleaders dating football players.
It's a natural part of the game. A part of the game that first brought Kostek and Gronk together. The two met in 2013 and started dating sometime after that when the then New England Patriots cheerleader turned Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model ignored the NFL's rule.

Getting into a relationship with the Patriots star tight end was a risk, but it was one that she was willing to take, and one that she says paid off.
"There is that rule where [you] cannot date the players," Kostek told Fox News Digital. "I broke that one, but I kept it a secret for a little while. It was worth it in the end."
Breaking the NFL's rule for a shot at love worked out for Kostek and Gronk. Although, she revealed recently that it hasn't always been smooth sailing.
Camille Kostek Makes It Work With Gronk Over The Phone
Kostek shared that, despite the bump in the road, the rule breakers for love have been able to make it work for so long with one simple secret. It involves making sure they're on the same page over the phone.
Get your minds out of the gutter people, it's not what you're thinking.
"We read our calendars to each other," she chuckled. "We don’t spend every waking moment together, so it’s exciting for us to get on the phone. It’s a common thing weekly to get on the phone together when we’re in different states and put out our calendars."
Kostek continued, "It’s exciting when we can line up our schedules. We have our press week, but then we squeeze in a dinner together or even just a bagel together on a park bench and make it a romantic movie, even if it’s 30 minutes. But I think that’s what keeps it alive; we both are just so supportive of each other, whether we’re afar or together."
It's good to see the star football player and cheerleader/swimsuit model make it work. They've had a ton of success in their chosen fields, why not be able to find some success when it comes to their love life?
