Shane Gillis Scores Massive Career Update, Simply Can't Stop Winning
Shane Gillis' winning streak isn't slowing down, and it now includes a new Netflix show.
Gillis set social media on fire this past weekend when he hosted "Saturday Night Live" five years after being fired for cracking jokes the woke mob didn't like. It was the definition of karma. Instead of bending the knee to losers, Gillis has continued to pump out hilarious content, and is more successful and powerful than ever before.
That will soon include brand new TV series. Gillis has reached a deal with Netflix for his first scripted series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Shane Gillis lands Netflix series.
The series is titled "Tires," and THR reports the plot is described as, "Will (Steven Gerben), the nervous and unqualified heir to an auto repair chain, attempts to turn his father’s business around despite constant torture from his cousin and now employee, Shane (Gillis)."
The series also stars Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox and Stavros Halkias and fellow comedy star Andrew Schulz will make guest appearances.
Does that sound like fun? It sure as hell does to me, and I have no doubt Gillis will absolutely deliver.
It's been awesome to watch Gillis blow up over the past few years. The wokes tried so hard to ruin him, and he just decided to keep cruising.
The man's comedy is absolutely incredible. Nothing is off-limits. If you get in his crosshairs, then you're going down. He was literally fired from "SNL" before making a single appearance for doing the one thing comedians are supposed to do - push the limits.
Many people wouldn't be able to bounce back from that kind of humiliation, but Gillis has found himself on a rocketship to the top of the comedy mountain.
Plus, his knowledge of history is absolutely incredible. That makes his podcast episodes incredible.
Gillis' continued success is a reminder that the woke mob has no power unless you give it to them. Never bend the knee. Just keep doing your thing, and it will work out in the end. Shane Gillis' crushing comedy and now landing a Netflix show is proof of that fact.
