Sean McVay's Model Wife Veronika Activates Vacation Mode With A Bikini Selfie
While most around the NFL are getting in their last-minute vacations before the preseason activities ramp up, they're likely not doing so on yachts. Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay appears to be one of the exceptions.
His wife of two years, Ukrainian model Veronika Khomyn, took to her Instagram Story this weekend and activated her vacation mode with a bikini selfie from what appeared to be living quarters inside a yacht.
She tossed a boat emoji in her announcement before firing it off. Veteran moves all around. The post and more importantly hitting a yacht, if that's in fact where they are vacationing.
That shouldn’t come as a surprise. Veronika's been around the league since at least 2016, when she and the then Washington Redskins assistant first started dating.
Sean And Veronika McVay Are Putting The Finishing Touches On The Off-Season
Why not go the yacht route if you're the McVays? His reported $14 million a year salary isn't going to spend itself and while he's signed through 2026, who knows how much longer he's going to want to patrol the sidelines.
They have a growing family and earlier this month celebrated their second wedding anniversary. There's been a lot of rumors the past couple of off-seasons that he's been contemplating retirement.
Although, this off-season wasn't one of them. He committed to the 2024 season all the way back in January.
McVay probably didn’t want to go out on a 10-8 season where the Rams were bounced in the Wild Card Round by former Ram Jared Goff - the guy he sent to Detroit for Matthew Stafford.
Nothing will erase the Super Bowl that he and Stafford won with the Rams following the trade, but that can't be your send-off into retirement.
McVay committed to the next season early. He hit the yacht with his model wife before getting back to work, and whether he sticks around past this season or not, he's going to end his career on a different note either way.
It's a smart move by a smart guy. Enjoy the ride while it lasts.
