SEAL Team 6 Vs. Delta Force Gunfighting Skills Explained

Are the gunfighting skills of SEAL Team 6 and Delta Force pretty interchangeable?

ST6 and The Unit are America's two best direct action counter-terrorism and hostage rescue units. They're both insanely bada**, and if you're on either team, then it's a guarantee you're one hell of an absolute dude when it comes to the military.

It's also no secret the two units share a fun rivalry over which one is better. It's a rivalry I love to stoke the flames of because it draws some entertaining and fun responses. One of the things I've always wondered is how interchangeable members are when it comes to gunfighting and CQB. I spoke with Chris Fettes - a former ST6 sniper - during our last American Joyride interview about this very topic, and gave some interesting comments on how swapping out members for a person in the other unit would go.

You can watch Chris' analysis in the video below (hit the follow button on Instagram for more content), and make sure to shoot me your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

I hope you all enjoyed hearing Chris' breakdown of ST6 vs. Delta Force CQB. I'd also encourage you all to give him a follow on his Instagram here. He's an awesome dude, and is simply a great American. Make sure to check back for more clips from me, and follow along on the socials below:
