SAS Operator Shares Unfiltered Thoughts On Delta Force
SAS operators are big fans of Delta Force.
As American Joyride viewers know, one of my favorite questions to ask former Unit members and ST6 commandos is what they think about their counterparts. It's a fun rivalry, and getting them to compare and contrast is often pretty funny.
However, it might be even more interesting to learn what a foreign Tier One member thinks. I previously asked former British SAS operator Lindsay Bruce his thoughts, and he loved Delta Force. I asked Melvyn Downes, who recently joined me for an interview on American Joyride, what his thoughts were, and he didn't disappoint.
He has great respect for members of The Unit, and he clearly values the close relationship between the two highly-secret units.

It's honestly great to see that America's British counterparts at the Tier One level love working with Delta Force and SEAL Team 6.
The bond between the Brits and ourselves is unbelievably strong. They're an incredible ally, and the SAS have fought alongside our Tier One units with courage.
The feeling of admiration is definitely mutual. I can promise you that.
