Police Searching For Man Who Wore 'It's Not Going To Lick Itself' Shirt During Indecent Assault At Dollar Tree

The hunt is on in Philadelphia for a man accused of an indecent assault of a female inside a Dollar Tree in late June.  The man was wearing an "It's Not Going To Lick Itself" t-shirt which included an image of a candy cane during the alleged attack.

Philly police have asked for the public's assistance in hopes of identifying the man.  According to FOX 29, he's described as a black male, between 25 and 30, with a dark complexion.  He's 6 feet tall, has a stocky build, and a receding hairline.

Dollar Tree employees reportedly recognized the man as someone who frequents the plaza where the store is located.  They added that he may park his vehicle at a nearby underpass.

Video of what took place moments after the alleged incident has surfaced online.  It suggests that the man's indecent assault occurred when he ejaculated on the woman's leg.

That sounds completely insane and that's because it is.  But the footage seems to indicate that that's exactly what went down on Sunday, June 23, at the Dollar Tree in Philadelphia.

In the video, a man fitting the description of the one Philly police are searching for, and who appears to be wearing the same clothing as the currently unknown suspect, is seen running out of the store.

Shockingly, This Isn't The First Time Someone Has Been Accused Of An Indecent Assault Inside A Dollar Tree

He's being chased by the person holding the camera, who appears to also be the alleged victim.  She is screaming at him as she gives chase.

She can be heard saying "Look he f*cking nutted on my f*cking leg" as he runs out of the store with her close behind.

The man then makes his way into the parking lot and eventually disappears among the vehicles.  As he does, she yells at him "you go to hell bitch" before ending her chase and becoming emotional while realizing what had just taken place.

She turns the camera towards her leg where the evidence apparently ended up.

As insane as this all sounds, it's not the first time this same scenario, minus the "It's Not Going To Lick Itself" t-shirt, has taken place inside a Dollar Tree.

A woman sued the chain of discount stores earlier this year after she said a man ejaculated on her in a Houston store in December of last year.
