'Justini' Drink Gains Popularity In The Hamptons After Justin Timberlake DWI Arrest

Justin Timberlake has typically been known for "Bringing Sexy Back," but now the pop star who was recently arrested and charged with DWI may be better known for ‘Bringing Martinis Back.’

It was only a few weeks ago when the *NSYNC singer was pulled over in the Hamptons after "having just one Martini" that reportedly led to him swerving his car and being pulled over by police. Timberlake refused a breathalyzer and was subsequently arrested for DWI, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

However, that hasn't stopped both Timberlake fans and his haters from heading to the Hamptons' Sag Harbor and visiting the American Hotel's restaurant and bar that helped fuel JT's fall from grace.

But don't you dare order a ‘Martini,’ because that's "soooo 2023." No, instead, fans have renamed it ‘The Justini,’ or in other locations - ‘The Justin,’ or even ‘The JT Special.' Only in America in 2024 would we be celebrating a drink that led to someone having a DWI and thankfully not killing himself or anyone else… what a country!

‘THE JUSTINI’ IS THE NEW MARTINI

The Justini is actually a Vesper Martini and, as any seasoned drinker knows - the alcohol is so strong that having one too many of them will have you calling your ex-girlfriend and most likely singing *NSYNC lyrics to them in no time. A Vesper Martini contains Grey Goose vodka, Tanqueray gin, Lillet Blanc wine-based liqueur and lemon rind. Oh, and no mixer - so what you see is what you get and once it touches your lips, it's so good… maybe a little too good!

If that wasn't enough to have fun at JT's expense, the New York Post is reporting that some fans have even been spotted dancing and partying with the cop who arrested Timberlake that reportedly had NO idea who he even was.

"Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour," the Post claims police sources told them regarding the encounter. It's unclear if the words were mentioned in the police report or on the arresting officer's body cam footage.

For years, Timberlake has been a part of the "It's Gonna Be May!" meme. But to now have the Justini as well as a viral mug shot that is also being sold all over the Hamptons as Warhol-like paintings?

What a comeback.
