Golfer Pat Perez's Wife, Ashley, Appears To Take A Shot At His Manhood After Filing For Divorce
Pat Perez's wife, Ashley, filed for divorce at the end of November in Arizona’s Maricopa County. News of the split broke earlier this month after the discovery of the family court documents.
The LIV golfer and the influencer have been married for nine years and have two children together. Over the weekend, Ashley appeared to confirm the breakup on social media.
That's not all Perez's soon-to-be ex-wife had to say about the golfer. Ashley, who has been known to occasionally take a shot at golfers, also appeared to take a shot at Perez. Not just any shot, one aimed at insulting his manhood.
In one of her social media posts, she writes, "I’m leaving, sorry for your loss" over a screenshot of headlines about the couple's divorce. Innocent enough. She seemingly confirmed the split, but she didn't stop there.
Ashley, who was again, married to Perez for nine years, responded to a video that included the caption, "I'm 53 and spent half my life with a narcissist."
In the video, the woman explains that she referred to the person she was married to as her "Mr. Big." Here's where Ashley decides it's time to poke fun at Perez.
She wrote, in response to the clip, "Hmm. Sounds familiar. Except for the ‘Mr. Big’ part."
"I absolutely never referred to ‘him’ as that."
Pat Perez's Wife Ashley Needs To Work On Her Material
While Ashley never mentions who "him" is, given that she filed for divorce, it seems pretty obvious she's taking a shot at Perez here. The sort of shot women who nod along with the drivel being spewed on The View would enjoy.
You can almost hear them applauding the unoriginal insult as if it's a literary work of art. The "you go girl" crowd can't get enough of this level of sass. Par for the course, if you will.
Whether it's true or not doesn't even matter. She filed for divorce, and now she's giving it to him on social media. That's all that's required.
Now don't get me wrong, you need some insults being thrown around to properly end a relationship. I'm just looking for some creativity here from Ashley is all.
The ball is in Pat's court now. He can pass up on the opportunity or fire back with some insults of his own about some of her body parts.
