NASCAR Social Media Manager Stripped Of Duties After Viral 'Hawk Tuah' Tweet

Well, it was only a matter of time, but the viral Hawk Tuah fad has reached the NASCAR world.

Oh, you don't know what Hawk Tuah is? Well, then you're either A) over 50 and don't spend any amount of time on social media, or B) … well, actually, it's just pretty much A. If you have a social media account, you've seen this chick by now. I can't STOP seeing her.

You remember when the Oilers girl blew up our timelines for like three days and all you saw were her boobs whenever you opened Twitter? What a dangerous little time that was.

Well, this is the new Oilers girl. She jumped into our hearts late last week when this below TikTok went viral, and it's been a rocketship straight to internet stardom ever since.

Anyway, an admin for the NASCAR Xfinity Series team, JD Motorsports, decided to shoot his one shot for internet glory on Saturday, and it went well … until, of course, it didn't.,

God forbid we have an ounce of fun in this country:

Don't you dare bring Hawk Tuah into NASCAR

So, I ain't gonna explain it here, but Hawk Tuah isn't exactly a PG reference. Hell, it ain't exactly an R one, either. It probably belongs in your ‘Incognito Search’ history if you'd like to Google it, for what it's worth. You're welcome.

That's obviously why our man Dorman – who the internet tells me is also a tire specialist for the team – was exiled for bringing this sort of debauchery into the NASCAR world. No place for it, I reckon.

Sad. Predictable, but sad. Free Dorman!

Anyway, back to this Hawk Tuah gal … again, she's just everywhere right now. It's insane. Like the Oilers girl, but on steroids. It's amazing how the internet can make you filthy rich in, like, 24 hours. And if you think she ain't capitalizing on this little moment in the sun, think again!

From OutKick's SeanJo yesterday afternoon:

In the clip, the "Hawk Tuah" girl, who has since been identified as Nashville's own Hailey Welch, is asked, "What’s one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time?  That you do."

Just like that, an internet star had arrived.  The memes were just the beginning of things to come.

Welch herself has gotten in on the action by cashing in on her viral fame.  She hooked up with the clothing brand Fathead Threads to start selling merchandise.

It's a smart move.  You've got to strike while the iron's hot.  She is pure entertainment, she brought much of the world together, and she deserves to make a few dollars off of the interview.

First you had Crazy Plane Lady Tiffany Gomas, then Oilers Flasher, and now Hawk Tuah girl. What a run we've been on in 2024, and it's only June.

Can't wait to see how we top this one. Just don't dare bring it into NASCAR.
