My Spiritual Stripper Girlfriend Isn't Cheating On Me, Confident & Trusting Boyfriend Claims

We can't help who we fall for, but we can control the approach to the relationship no matter how many friends and family voice their concerns.  Even if we've fallen for a stripper.

That takes us to the relationship between 25-year-old Danny and his 28-year-old stripper girlfriend Ginger.  He's been hearing it from from friends and family about how the relationship won't last.

These two are seven months in, and he's not concerned.  She's a veteran of this stripper game, having started when she was 20, and never mixes her business with pleasure.  In fact, they didn't even meet in a strip club.

"I was broke," Ginger explained to Love Don't Judge about how she got her start as a stripper.  "I'd been dabbling a little bit in the adult industry, and it just seemed like the best option for me to make money quickly." 

When she's not working the pole, she gives tarot card readings and practices reiki - calling herself a "spiritual stripper."  This is where she met Danny.

He booked a session with Ginger for a tarot card reading and fell for her as soon as he walked in.  She felt something as well during the session.

"We really connected, especially since his cards revealed a lot to me and I thought he was really attractive," Ginger said.  "There were a lot of things that came up that were indicative of [him] meeting someone and a new love in your life.  And I had been noticing that in my own readings." 

This Isn't Your Typical Boy Meets Stripper Love Story

Danny admitted about that session, "as soon as I walked in I was infatuated."  Ginger had a similar feeling, saying about the meeting, "I instantly got nervous, which was bizarre because I'm used to talking to men at work all the time.  I don't mix business with pleasure usually."

Despite the connection, Ginger was concerned that her job as a stripper would hamper any relationship with Danny, who works in the mining industry.  He proved her wrong and, although he's never dated a stripper before, he trusts his stripper girlfriend.

"I've never personally been involved with dating a stripper before.  So it was a bit of a learning curve, but I found it really interesting.  I trust Ginger with my whole heart," Danny explained.

"It's a miracle that I don't get jealous.  I'm just really lucky.  Trust, respect. It's not easy to come by, but sometimes you make it really simple." 

Ginger is onboard with that 100 percent, "I feel as though the boundaries that we have are both mutual.  The things that he wouldn't feel comfortable with me doing, I don't really feel comfortable doing." 

That doesn't mean Danny's friends don't have concerns.  Some don't believe it will last, thinking that this is just a fantasy that is playing out.  They also have concerns about Ginger being in it for the money.

Danny And Ginger Are Going To Make It For Sure

He insists that is not the case, and he's not letting any outside opinions have an impact on his love.  They're in love and there's no funny business or cheating going on.

"We consider it to be very serious, so it was a bit disheartening to hear that from some people," Danny said.

His mom, Corrinne's concerns have more to do with the future has to hold for them.  She asks, "How is Danny going to feel if his wife is going out to nightclubs and if they take it to the next level, marriage, kids?"

They'll worry about that when the time comes.  There's no reason to rush that now.  She's got plenty of years left as a stripper and isn't hanging up her high heels anytime soon.

Putting a strong stiff-arm on any concerns is a solid strategy.  There's nothing to be worried about.  These two are going to be just fine.  I wish them nothing but good luck as the months turn into years.
