Mom Tells Women To Hide Their Husbands If They Think She's Trying To Steal Them With Her Braless School Runs
Influencer Lyla King is doing her best to make her way through the world with size 34P boobs. To say that is a bit of a challenge is an understatement. She's constantly being given disapproving looks by those around her.
The 28-year-old mother of three's trips to the school that her kids attend are particularly challenging. She is constantly receiving disapproving looks from the other moms and has even had one of the teachers tell her that she dresses inappropriately.
All because the size of Lyla's boobs makes it nearly impossible for her to wear a bra. The fabric alone needed to assemble a bra for her has to take months to gather. That isn't even taking into account the fact that the weight of her 34Ps makes wearing a bra incredibly uncomfortable.
She's had enough of the negative attention that she receives and insists that she's in no way trying to dress inappropriately. Is it too much to ask for some empathy for her daily struggle? I think not.
"Day to day my boobs get a lot of attention. Normally people don't say anything, but I get looks for sure," Lyla, who calls Canada home said. "They're looking because they're so big."
Now, despite most people being able to live in harmony with Lyla's unique situation, there are those who feel the need to shame her. One teacher did so while she was dropping her kids off.
"I dropped the kids off at school one day and I could see a snooty female teacher looking me up and down. As I waved them off, she said that perhaps I should re-think what I wear as I looked inappropriate," she said.
"I was just wearing a t-shirt and leggings – what 99% of other moms wear. I guess the fact that I wasn't wearing a bra was what made it ‘inappropriate.' I haven't seen her since. That's the first time someone's made a comment, but on the school run I regularly get dirty looks just because I'm not wearing a bra."
Good Luck Keeping This Influencer From Making Those Braless School Runs
The part that catches Lyla by surprise isn't the fact that some people feel the need to confront her, it's the fact that other women don't seem to sympathize with how uncomfortable wearing a bra can be.
She thinks part of the problem could be that some of the other moms are worried that she might be trying to steal their husbands. That's nonsense, says Lyla and she has a solution for anyone who thinks that's the case.
"Obviously, I'm absolutely not after their partners. If they're that bothered, they should hide their husbands. If they're so offended by me not wearing a bra, that's their problem, not mine," she said.
She's not the one with a problem here. If you can't handle what she's bringing, then that's on you. Lyla doesn't appear to be planning on backing down anytime soon.
She admitted that when she was younger, she thought about having a breast reduction. She met with a surgeon and even took the necessary steps to prepare to go under the knife.
Ultimately, she decided against it. That decision was a smart one, even though at the time she didn't know that she'd be able to cash in on something called OnlyFans.
"I had to lose 8-12lbs in order to get one," she said of the surgery. "I did do it, but I just never went back because the thought of surgery scares me. My partner is supportive of what I do, he's a big fan of my boobs."
Talk about an inspirational story. She has her obstacles, but chooses to put her head down, while leaving her bra at home, and push through.
