Is Delta Force or SEAL Team 6 the better fighting force?

Often, this question is debated by members of one of the world's two greatest direct action units. What people might not know is the Air Force has a Tier One SMU - the 24th STS - that has members assigned to both units.

Former 24th STS CCT Mike Lamonica, who is a board member of the Combat Control Foundation, joined me recently on American Joyride to discuss a variety of topics, and he touched on his experience with both units. Naturally, I couldn't let him get out of the interview without getting his thoughts. I thought he gave a very educational and solid answer.
