Republican Politician Targeted For Wearing Awesome Anti-Communism Shirt

Apparently, being anti-communist is a bad thing for some people.

As a freedom-loving patriot, I hate communists. They're dirty, disgusting, Godless and shouldn't ever be tolerated in a civilized society.

There was a time when that was the common belief in America. After all, we crushed the commie Soviet Union in the Cold War, and we won't apologize for it.

Well, some people seem to have an issue with making fun of communists.

Enter a social media attack on Michigan state representative Matt Maddock.

Michigan Republican targeted for wearing anti-communism shirt.

Maddock is going viral after an X account by the name of Extreme Michigan posted a photo of him wearing a great shirt. The t-shirt featured a guy looking down the scope on a rifle with the words, "How to spot a communist." There's no question it's an A+ shirt, but Extreme Michigan wasn't happy!

"Michigan House Rep. Matt Maddock is pictured in a shirt that is a violent threat against his enemies and intended to incite violence in others. The MI House should take action to censure him, remove him from all committee assignments, and ultimately refuse to seat him entirely," the account wrote.

Check out the awesome shirt below, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Fortunately, people were quick to push back on X. After all, is this even America if you're not allowed to own the commies?

This is the United States of America. In this country, we celebrate freedom and capitalism. This the land of opportunity where anything is possible. It's not the land of communism and oppression. If the communists seek to export their awful ideas to the USA, then they'll be met with stiff resistance.

I hate communism and the fact you're reading this tells me you likely feel the same way. After all, it's a shirt. Since when was clothing threatening?

I wonder what these woke losers think about the shirt I got myself for this summer. It's as based as based gets.

Lastly, I made a similar joke to what is featured on Maddock's shirt over the holiday season. I was ready to start rocking it.

Never apologize for hating communists, and never back down to woke losers. Let me know if you agree at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
