Megan Fox Admits To Plastic Surgery, Says She Asked For The Biggest Boobs That Could Be Fit Into Her Body

The time has finally arrived for Megan Fox to set the record straight on which plastic surgery procedures she's had done.  It comes more than a month after she blamed what looked like a new look of hers on bad lighting.

The trolls were out in force after a picture of her partying with fianceé Machine Gun Kelly, Travis Kelce, and Taylor Swift after the Chiefs Super Bowl win went viral.  She joked that she looked more like a "super expensive silicone real sex doll" and not a "Ukrainian blowup doll."

During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan decided to set "some people free" with her plastic surgery admission.  While admitting she enjoys mixing it up on occasion with the trolls in her comments on Instagram, she went through what she has not had done and almost all of what she has had done.

The 37-year-old actress and model, for whatever reason, decided to leave a tiny bit of red meat for her trolls to speculate on.  She first went through all the procedures that she's been accused of having done, but according to her, she hasn't had done.

Megan says she's never had a face lift of any kind, she's never had a brow lift, no threads, she's never had buccal fat removal or any kind of fat removal - in fact, she'll only ever have fat put in if she ever does anything with fat - she's never had liposuction, body contouring, or butt implants.

That's not to say that she won't have any of those procedures at some point.  She just hasn't had them done yet and admits that she is open to several of the procedures.  In fact, she's done her research on a few of them.

"If I could, I would (get butt implants).  I don't have the extra body fat," Megan admitted.  "I would get it done if I could.  And that surgery is such a hard one to recover from, it's so insane.  It's basically like three months you have to lay flat on your face."

Megan Fox Went All In On Her Last Boob Job

Now to the procedures that Megan is willing to fess up to.  She's had her boobs done three times and a couple of nose jobs, although none in more than a decade and not as many as six, seven, or eight times as she's been accused.

She's all natural besides the boob jobs, the X number of nose jobs, the Botox and filler.  Oh, and one procedure that she's "gatekeeping."

Megan's not a fan of surgery and doesn't respond well to general anesthesia.  She has her surgeons jump through a bunch of hoops before they can operate on her because of her fear of dying under anesthesia.

Due to that fear, before having her last boob job, she asked for "the biggest boobs that can fit in my body."  She's happy to report that the doctor informed her that is exactly what he delivered.

"That is what he said he did," Megan said.  "And they're not even that big, they're a 32D, which is not that big.  They just look big on my body, because my body's tiny.  But if he could have gone bigger, I would have had him go bigger."

Megan continued, "I want a reward for the suffering I have to go through.  I don't want to wake up with a full b-cup.  There's no f*cking point in that.  I'm not doing that…  I said ‘I want, I don’t care what's on trend, give me 1990s stripper titties.  That's what I want.'"

That's what she got.  I'm by no means an advocate for a ton of plastic surgery, but I do feel like there's a sweet spot for those that go under the knife.  As long as they don't go overboard.

There have been some positive outcomes, but there comes a point when the procedures get to be too many.

Are we there with Megan Fox?  For some, the answer is already yes.  For those holding out hope that she won't go too far, it sounds like that's unfortunately a losing proposition.  The Mikaela Banes days are long gone.
