Married Men Visit Model At Her Steakhouse After She Poured All Of Her Money From Content Into Her New Business

A model went all in on her plan to take her life in a different direction.  She wanted to prove the naysayers who were saying that she's "just a pretty face" wrong, and she put her money where her mouth is - almost all of it.

Samantha Gangewere, 32, took the money she made creating content and poured it into a steakhouse with her chef husband, Genc Gashi. The couple opened Orchid Steakhouse in Bethlehem, Pa., last year with just $14 left in the bank.

Despite challenges, the move into the restaurant business has been a successful one.  Some of those challenges were due to her career as a content creator.

"I didn’t realize how much opening a restaurant was going to cost me," Samantha admitted.  "Banks denied us a business loan because they didn’t like where my money came from.  So, I was forced to put all of my own money down, every single cent that I had."

She continued, "On opening day, I had $14 left in my bank account.  My sexy photos paid for this restaurant and I’m proud of that.  If it hadn’t been for my other career, we wouldn’t be in business. Others constantly put limits on beautiful women, but we are more than our looks."

Money From Content Used To Fund Model's Dream And Eventual Escape From Content Plan

Not being able to secure a business loan hasn't been the only challenge of running her new business. Dealing with married men who are sneaking out and not telling their wives has been something Samantha didn't see coming when she turned her attention to opening a steakhouse.

"From the moment we opened, it felt like all the lights were on me," she said. "Men would come in and say things like ‘my wife doesn’t know I’m here' – as if they were stepping into a strip club instead of a steakhouse. It’s crazy."

Dealing with the strange married men and the long hours of grinding through the first couple of months has paid off. Business is booming, they're booked for two months out, and hit more than $1 million in revenue within seven months.

Samantha's adult modeling has helped her realize her dream, a dream that will allow her to walk away from her modeling in the future. That could come sooner than later with plans to expand the business.

"People didn’t believe in me but that just lit a real fire in me to succeed," Samantha said.  "We’re now expanding from our current spot and hoping to open up a second location in somewhere like Florida."

There's nothing like a success story, especially one funded by content.  Hard work, no matter the profession, is rewarded.  That's the takeaway here.
