Madonna Being Sued By A Fan Who Says He Was Subjected To 'Pornography Without Warning' At One Of Her Shows

Madonna has been hit with another lawsuit from one of her fans for one of her Celebration Tour performances.  An earlier lawsuit, that the 65-year-old singer tried to have thrown out of court, went after her for showing up late to a show at the Barclays Center.

The latest lawsuit from one of her fans has her lateness as one of its complaints, but according to TMZ, it also goes after her for several other issues.  That includes subjecting the fan and those in attendance to "pornography without warning."

Justen Lipeles filed the class action lawsuit on his behalf and that of all individuals in California after attending Madonna's show at the Kia Forum on March 7, 2024, in Inglewood, California.  He alleges that those in attendance should have received a warning about the show prior to paying for the tickets.

Some could argue that the warning about the type of show is self-explanatory, given that she's been at this for more than 40 years now.  I'm no Madonna fan, but even I know what goes on at one of her shows.

Nevertheless, let's give this guy the benefit of the doubt and see what other complaints went along with his porno without a warning claim.  He says that Madonna started the show more than an hour and a half late.

She lip-synched during parts of her show and had the air conditioning inside the arena turned off.  This caused unbearably hot conditions that caused him and others to become physically ill.

Madonna allegedly ignored complaints about the heat and responded by telling people to strip down.  I don't know about you, but that all sounds like par for the course.

Look, she's a senior citizen now.  She's not going to be able to sing for the entire night like she did in her youth.  And let's face it, older folks get cold easily.

That's not all that's alleged in the lawsuit, of course.  There's the whole porn show thing.

According to the fan, he and everyone else in attendance were "forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts."  It made him feel like he was watching porn.

I'm no legal expert, but this sounds like a lawsuit that's going to have a tough time working its way through the system.  It's hard to believe that anyone buying tickets to one of her shows wouldn’t know what they were getting themselves into.

Now if someone dragged him out to the show, and he'd been living someplace without running water or a functioning internet connection, that would be one thing.  That doesn’t sound like that's the case, but I'm going to wish him the best of luck.
