Los Angeles Jail Guards Too Busy Watching Explicit OnlyFans Video To Notice Noose In Inmate's Cell
Inspectors making the rounds at a downtown Los Angeles jail found a noose hanging in a suicidal inmate's cell. They then found the reason none of the jailers had noticed it. They were all too busy in an office huddled around a large screen TV watching a sexually explicit video.
The incident occurred last month at the Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles during an inspection of the "1750 Unit" by inspectors Haley Broder and Eric Miller. They noted several issues during their visit that ranged from the jail being extremely hot and humid with no natural light to trash in the hallways.
When Broder and Miller discovered the noose, which they wrote in their report "Though unlikely to support the incarcerated person’s weight, the noose was obvious to anyone looking into the cell," they found eight jailers watching what was described as an OnlyFans video in an office.
"To me, it looked like the beginning of an OnlyFans video or something," Miller told the LA Times, as reported by Law & Crime. "It was women in underwear, and it certainly didn’t look like they were going to put more clothes on. It looked like they were going to take them off."
The jailers, LA County Sheriff’s deputies, responded to news of the noose in the inmate's cell by telling Miller, who reported it, that they would check on the cell later. They then returned to watching their video.
These Los Angeles Jailers Fell Into The Trap That Is OnlyFans Content
The inspectors left and completed the rest of their inspection before returning to the office where the jailers were still enjoying their sexually explicit movie. When they notice the female inspector, "the deputies hurriedly removed the video from the screen."
These deputies are terrible at being jailers, but they're still gentlemen. They eventually got around to removing the noose too. The inspectors say they followed up on the status of the noose as well and found that it had been taken down and thrown on the floor outside of the cell.
It sounds bad, but don't worry, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has the entire situation completely under control. It has already addressed several issues in the report, and launched an investigation into the eight OnlyFans watching deputies.
"The department investigates all allegations of misconduct and expects its personnel to perform its responsibilities in a professional manner in accordance with department policy," the sheriff's department's statement read.
"When violations of policy and procedures are discovered, personnel are held accountable."
