Strip Clubs, Resorts Prepare For Vegas Super Bowl Chaos

Las Vegas is ready to embrace the carnage and chaos of Super Bowl weekend.

The Chiefs and 49ers will meet on the field at Allegiant Stadium on February 11th, and fans can't wait to see how it all shakes out between the two powerhouse franchises.

As a Vegas fanatic, I got to thinking:

How are Las Vegas resorts, strip clubs and businesses preparing for the biggest sporting event of the year?

Well, it won't surprise anyone to find out that they're waiting with open arms to welcome visitors from across the country.

Las Vegas strip clubs and resorts are fired up for the Super Bowl.

I reached out to multiple businesses in Sin City, and it's clear that they're all excited for whatever will happen February 11th and the days leading up to it. Not only are businesses excited, but the scale of the situation might be unprecedented.

"This game will be monumental for the City of Las Vegas. This is the first time the Big Game has come to Vegas and it’s a milestone for us in terms of truly maturing as a professional sports town. This weekend will certainly sell out and is on pace to be record setting. Some of the headlining events we have that week are NFL Honors, the MAXIM Big Game Party, Shaq’s All Star Comedy Jam, four nights of headlining talent at Zouk Nightclub and we are hosting several official NFL events. We’re expecting heavy traffic on the property all week with major pick up over the weekend. We’re looking forward to the Big Game Weekend and getting to show off all that Vegas has to offer," Peter LaVoie, President of Resorts World Las Vegas, told me.

Just how big is it going to be for Resorts World? The most expensive property ever built in Las Vegas isn't holding anything back.

A Resorts World source told me on background, "We’re basically expecting to be running at 150%+ compared to a normal weekend. Every corner of our property will be activated, including spaces that are undeveloped. Restaurants, lounges, casino floor, etc. will be packed, in addition to the spaces outside that are typically empty. We will also have a vast number of ultra-VIPs on the property with specific requests – our casino guests who we have relationships with plus high-profile individuals through the partnerships we have that weekend. This will also have our VIP services (and 50+ butlers) running at 150%."

Resorts World is hardly the only property preparing for a flood of people to visit. The same is true of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas - the city's newest mega-resort.

Fontainebleau Senior Vice President of Entertainment Fedor Banuchi told OutKick in a statement the weekend "is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Las Vegas to celebrate its place as the 'Sports Capital of the World' and welcome America's biggest sporting event."

Banuchi added, "Our inaugural Big Game weekend will raise the standard for unforgettable sports and entertainment experiences on the Strip."

Speaking of The Strip, there's no better bargain than the popular bar Stage Door. I LOVE Stage Door. It sells beer for as cheap as $1 and there's a great $3 hotdog and beer deal.

I spoke to a source at the popular bar behind The Flamingo, and they told me the establishment is unbelievably excited for Super Bowl weekend and increased traffic. The expected increase in foot traffic has led to Stage Door planning for extra security and bartenders. The famous Clydesdales will also be in attendance for customers to check out.

Seriously, if you're in Las Vegas and don't at least buy one $1 beer at Stage Door, then you're doing the city entirely wrong.

What about hotels in the Fremont area of Las Vegas?

While a lot of attention will certainly be focused on The Strip part of Las Vegas, the Fremont region of Las Vegas is every bit of fun - if not even more fun than the main tourist area.

Hell, I can't go to Vegas without hitting up the El Cortez or Hogs & Heifers (more on the latter soon). For fellow degenerates, the Fremont area will be on fire for Super Bowl weekend.

El Cortez general manager Adam Wiesberg told me Super Bowl weekend is always busy, but this year things will be different with the game in Sin City.

"This year is trending even higher than normal so we expect a great crowd all weekend. We also have lots of invited guests coming to our VIP viewing party and we are hosting watch parties in all of our bars and the sports book so it will be an exciting weekend at El Cortez," Wiesberg told me.

What does increased foot traffic mean for the legendary and historic hotel and casino? It means all battle stations will be manned.

"We will have most of our employees working, even the ones who are typically off on Sundays, and we do have additional food coming in for a tailgate style buffet during the game," the El Cortez GM explained.

His thoughts and plan were echoed by Golden Nugget Sr. Vice President and General Manager Chris Latil.

"The Super Bowl is one of the most thrilling annual events and one that Las Vegas has the honor of hosting this year. Golden Nugget Las Vegas is anticipating increased foot traffic, and we expect to serve a record number of wings, burgers, and nachos on game day. We are fully staffed for the crowds and have several options available for visitors who are watching from a big screen including our Race & Sports Book, Cadillac Mexican Kitchen, Saltgrass Steak House, and more," Latil told me ahead of the Chiefs/49ers Super Bowl matchup.

He quickly added that while a few rooms remain available, all availability is quickly being booked.

Also, I wouldn't be doing my job when talking about Vegas and Fremont if I didn't give a HUGE shutout to Hogs & Heifers. There's no more patriotic bar and fun location in Fremont. The bar is dedicated to celebrate America with a wildly fun atmosphere and reasonable drink prices.

I spoke with owner Michelle Dell - a true American patriot - about her plans for Super Bowl weekend. She made it clear the bar is fully staffed and ready to roll for the entire week leading up to the Super Bowl and will have plenty of "pre-game fun at the bar," including some swag giveaways.

Last time I was at Hogs & Heifers we almost solved world peace while also nearly starting a third world war. That's the kind of place it is. Awesome bartenders, atmosphere and I can't recommend it enough.

Vegas strip clubs are ready and waiting to welcome customers.

One of the biggest draws in Sin City is Strip Clubs, and you better believe the adult establishments will be ready to rock and roll.

I spoke with Keith O'Connell of the Palomino strip club, and while nothing extra crazy is going on during the weekend of the Super Bowl, the adult venue is ready to welcome people with open arms.

"We are likely not going to increase our staffing or increase our girl count because we pretty much run at capacity on weekends anyways. What we’ll probably do is bulk up the staffing on the off days [to meet NFL demand over the entire week]," Keith explained.

How much money should people hoping to have a good time at Palomino bring? There's options for people of every budget and financial level.

"We do things for all prices. You got a couple hundred bucks? Come on in. Have a couple thousand bucks? Come on in. Doesn’t really matter. You can get into our club for $30 and that covers your first two drinks if we pick you up," he added.

Crazy Horse in Las Vegas is also geared up to have a wild and fun time. The popular strip club is even offering special deals to lure in customers during Super Bowl weekend.

"Fans can enjoy the Kansas City Sweet ‘N Smoky BBQ Burger featuring a delicious house-made tangy and smokey barbeque sauce complete with chopped coleslaw, crispy onion rings and American cheese. We'll also be serving San Fran Crazy Crab Sandwich  complete with fresh crab meat tossed in mayonnaise, fresh lemon, garlic and parsley, finished with salt and pepper, served on sourdough bread and topped with a beef steak tomato. Both options will be served with french fries and are priced at $15 each," owner Nando Sostilio said in a statement to OutKick.

People hitting up Crazy Horse will also have plenty of options for entertainment. Nando informed me 300 dancers will be working and the location is right near Allegiant Stadium. The club is 40,000 square feet and can accommodate 1,000 people at once. That's an absolutely absurd setup, and did I mention it's 24/7? The party truly never stops in Las Vegas.

"We see the Super Bowl as a golden opportunity to not only cater to our loyal customer base but also to welcome new patrons seeking a vibrant and memorable experience. We're ready to showcase the best of what we offer to make this Super Bowl an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors," the Crazy Horse owner explained. Similar to Palomino, there are budget options for everyone with afterparty entrance starting at just $99.

Whether it's high rollers or blue-collar tourists, the strip clubs in Sin City are eager for business.

Sapphire, another incredibly popular Las Vegas strip club, has seen excitement for the game going several months back.

"We started seeing pre-bookings as early as late November of last year. I think the football fan universe knew Vegas was going to be a hot ticket, so they wanted to jump in early to get locked in for the best space and at early pricing. We have seen a surge in entertainers wanting to audition in preparation for Super Bowl week. It's normal to get one to two submissions a day for auditions, but now we're seeing five to six a day leading up to next week. That started around mid-January," George Wilson, director of marketing for the club, told me.

"We are expecting a massive crowd on game day. We fill the club each Big Game Day with football fans, but the big difference this year is the early interest for purchasing Big Game packages. Early purchasing coupled with the surge in sales just after the 49ers win Sunday night, we're expecting a great turnout on Feb 11th. The team hailing from the most expensive zip code in America being in the Super Bowl is a huge advantage," Wilson further added.

What does Sapphire think about Sin City hosting the biggest sporting event of the year? The club is all about it, and this it's a huge positive.

"We have a great package lineup for the event, but the most popular so far is our Open Bar package. That will get a football fan entry, seating for the game, tailgate feast, and an open bar from kickoff to the last whistle. We also have booth and table packages for larger groups of five, ten, and 15 guests. It's 100% a positive event for Sapphire and Las Vegas. I don't think the NFL would entertain the idea, but we would love to have the Super Bowl in Vegas every year," Wilson explained.
