Country Music Star's Bar Shares Amazing Memorial Day Tribute

John Rich's Nashville bar pulled off an incredible Memorial Day tribute.

Rich's Redneck Riviera bar is one of the most popular spots in Nashville. It's an awesome place with great music and great drinks.

It's also dedicated to honoring the heroes who never made it home, and that was made clear on Memorial Day.

John Rich's Nashville bar shares great Memorial Day tribute.

The Nashville bar put out a Miller Lite and a shot of liquor with a message that it was for those who died defending America. The bar also gave people the opportunity to leave the name of a fallen hero.

It's great to see stuff like this on Memorial Day. As I often say, we have to remember why the holiday exists. It's about a hell of a lot more than an extended weekend and cookouts with family and friends.

It's a day we set aside to honor all the people who made the ultimate sacrifice. Leaving a pair of drinks reserved in honor of those who gave their lives in defense of the USA is downright incredible.

It's a simple gesture, but also carries a lot of weight with it. It's a reminder that we will never forget the fallen.

Props to John Rich and the bar for taking a little time Monday to honor all those who died representing the flag and America. They will never be forgotten. Let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
