Biden's State Department Releases Embarrassing Statement On Death Of Iran's President

The State Department released a bizarre statement after Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi was vaporized in a helicopter crash.

Raisi and his entourage were killed Sunday when the helicopter they were traveling in went down in a mountainous region of northwest Iran.

Turns out trying to fly in brutal weather isn't great for personal safety. Who could have guessed? Well, the "Butcher of Tehran" is gone, and the State Department decided to weigh in.

State Department Sends Its Condolences After Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi Dies

Generally speaking, you don't say much when your enemies die. If you do say anything, it should be epic like when Trump threw himself a hype session after Delta Force smoked Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Instead, President Joe Biden's State Department decided to send condolences.

The State Department released the following statement Monday:

The United States expresses its official condolences for the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian, and other members of their delegation in a helicopter crash in northwest Iran.  As Iran selects a new president, we reaffirm our support for the Iranian people and their struggle for human rights and fundamental freedoms.

Who thought this was necessary? The last part about showing support for the Iranian people makes sense. It's always been the stance of the American government since the revolution to express support for the oppressed people of Iran. No issues there at all, but why did the United States government express its "official condolences" for Raisi?

The dude was a scumbag. If Hell is real, he's in it right now. The man was known as the "Butcher of Tehran" after overseeing mass executions of people who didn't support the theocratic dictatorship.

We're expressing condolences? We ought to be popping bottles of champagne and cracking cold beers to celebrate. Raisi was a clear enemy of the United States of America.

Iran hates the United States, and the regime helped kill American soldiers in Iraq. As far as I'm concerned, every Iranian leader who takes a dirt nap is a win for the USA. I don't care if it's an accident or not. Just take the W and move on.

Instead, the Biden administration's State Department decided "official condolences" were in order. Absolutely bizarre and unnecessary. Let me know at David.Hookstead@outkick.com if you agree.
