Jake Paul's 'World's Hottest Speed Skater' Girlfriend Jutta Leerdam Is Worried Mike Tyson Will Knock Him Out
Jake Paul is stepping into the ring on July 20, for what some are calling his latest pathetic boxing stunt, to fight boxing legend Mike Tyson. Even in his late 50s, he'll be 58 on fight night, Tyson is probably the hardest puncher the former YouTuber will face.
While Paul doesn't seem to be concerned about facing Tyson, his girlfriend Jutta Leerdam, who made a name for herself in the world of speed skating and on social media long before dating him, is concerned. In fact, the "World's Hottest Speed Skater" is worried that the night could end poorly for her boyfriend.
Leerdam has a ton of respect for Tyson's power and is worried that he'll end up knocking Paul out. She appeared on BS with Jake Paul podcast and expressed her concern, especially after seeing him train for the fight.
After breaking down how strong Tyson is, even at his age, she asked, "But what if he knocks you out? Is that your last fight? I just want to get the scenarios."
The 25-year-old athlete admitted that she would cry seeing Paul get KO'd, while his co-hosts admitted they've already prepared themselves for the possibility. They eventually start saying that they "shouldn't even talk about it."
Ultimately, Leerdan believes that Paul will win the fight.
Jake Paul's Girlfriend Jutta Leerdam Isn't As Confident As He Is That Mike Tyson Won't Knock Him Out
Paul is much more confident than his girlfriend appears to be and says, "I’m too sharp and fast" to get knocked out by Tyson.
He added, "Just being active and being the man in the arena for years and years now. Like I don’t even get nervous. The nerves are not even there anymore."
I'm not sure how not being nervous plays into Paul's ability to avoid being knocked out, but it seems to make plenty of sense to him. While this is far from a fight that will legitimize Paul as a real boxer, it would be great to see him get knocked out cold by the man formerly known as "The Baddest Man on the Planet."
And for that reason, there will be plenty of people tuning in to watch. Let me know what you think about the fight.
Are you tuning in? Can Mike Tyson knock Jake Paul out? Is that possibility reason enough to watch? Do you want to see Jutta Leerdam crying as Paul lays motionless on the canvas?
