New 'House Of The Dragon' Episode Preview Teases Massacre: VIDEO

The upcoming episode of "House of the Dragon" looks like it's going to be an electric time.

Episode six of the "Game of Thrones" prequel series aired Sunday, and it was one hell of a wild episode. Not only does it appear Rhaenyra has found a new dragon rider, it appears we have a blossoming lesbian love affair between her and Mysaria!

Anyone who didn't see that coming from a mile away simply hasn't been paying attention. That development was obvious the moment she showed up at Dragonstone.

New "House of the Dragon" preview drops.

Not only is there plenty of chaos at Dragonstone, but it's clear Aemond, Aegon and Alicient Hightower are losing the support of the people.

That was made obvious by a mob trying to take out Helaena and Alicient. All bets are off at this point, and the second to last episode of the season looks like it's going to be a fun ride. It even teases the possibility of thousands dying, and that's the kind of combat viewers have been waiting to watch unfold.

It's hard to believe season two of "House of the Dragon" is nearly already over. Seems like it just premiered yesterday.

Even though it's been a quick journey, there's no denying that season two has been awesome. Watching the Targaryen clan loyal to Rhaenyra battle it out with the faction loyal to the Hightowers has been a ton of fun. It's every bit as good as "Game of Thrones," and Emma D'Arcy is outstanding in the lead role.

With just two episodes left, it's time for some characters to make some drastic moves to shift the power dynamics. Who will rise? Who will fall? We'll find out, once again, this Sunday on HBO. I can't wait. Let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
