Hillary Clinton Shares Disgusting D-Day Tweet

Hillary Clinton is the proud owner of one of the most disgusting tweets you'll ever see.

Thursday marked the 80-year anniversary of D-Day, and it was a day full of incredibly powerful and emotional tributes to all the men who fought on June 6, 1944.

They were asked to save the world and that's exactly what they did.

Hillary Clinton torched for awful D-Day tweet.

Instead of Clinton honoring the heroes of D-Day, she decided to compare the incredible military victory to the upcoming presidential election between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

"Eighty years ago today, thousands of brave Americans fought to protect democracy on the shores of Normandy. This November, all we have to do is vote," Clinton tweeted early Thursday morning.

Like a coward, she turned off the comments, but her plan to stop disagreement didn't work.

People flooded the tweet with reactions absolutely torching and dragging her for the unbelievably dumb tweet. Check out some of the reactions below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

There's no question that this a reprehensible tweet from the Democrat icon. She's not even being subtle about what she's indicating. In the mind of Hillary Clinton, voting for the Democrats in November is apparently the same as the thousands of young Americans who crawled through their friends's guts to take and hold the beaches of Normandy.

Anyone who could ever tweet such a thing is truly detached from reality. Voting is a great pillar of American society, but it doesn't make you a hero.

It's not the same as holding your teammate as he bleeds to death after being cut down by a German machine gun. It's beyond disgusting that Clinton thought this was appropriate.

I don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat. Comparing the horrors of June 6, 1944 and the incredible sacrifice of American heroes to an election is repulsive.

Clinton should be ashamed of herself, but I somehow doubt she is. Let me know your thoughts on her tweet at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
