Heidi Klum Cures Jet Lag In Her Bikini Before Torching The Red Carpet At Cannes

Heidi Klum arrived in France this week to catch the tail end of all the events left on the schedule surrounding the Cannes Film Festival.

The supermodel's first order of business was to take care of the jet lag from making the trip.  She has things to do and red carpets to torch after all.  There's no time to waste sleeping half a day away in a hotel room.

Not when your name is Heidi Klum anyway.  She's got content to make and places to be.  The 50-year-old who knows a thing or two about recovering from travel took care of her jet lag by putting on her bikini, grabbing a towel, and being the first one out for a morning tanning session.

That's apparently the cure for all that comes along with a case of jet lag.  That and some caffeine.  Having the area to herself meant she was going to pump some air in her social media numbers too.

With the jet lag taken care of and the algorithm successfully fed, Heidi was off to hit the red carpet for something called the Knights of Charity gala.

It sounds important, although I can't tell you what goes on there.  Other than that, one of the members of the OutKick Culture Department's 50-plus club put on an absolute clinic.

Now for any of the haters out there who aren't down with what Heidi is putting out there, she was clear about where they can go during an interview with Glamour magazine earlier this year.

"I know that I offend people.  But I think you have to remain authentic.  I'm a woman who likes to be feminine, who is sometimes loud and colorful.  And there are women who aren't like that," The Sun reports.

"If I annoy people with it, all they have to do is unfollow me.  It's just a small push of a button.  Everyone should be who they are and who they want to be.  I don't pretend I'm different just because this or that person might not like me the way I am."

Nothing seems to annoy people more than Heidi teaming up with her daughter Leni Klum to form the greatest mother-daughter lingerie-selling team the planet has ever seen.

Those people are really going to hate the fact that the two teamed up again, this time for a red carpet event on Thursday.  Especially when they find out what the two were up to earlier in the day.

Heidi and Leni did some mother-daughter bonding at the famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in France in their bikinis.  Not a fan?  You know where the door is.

We're pulling up quickly on bikini season and once it hits its stride there's no turning back.  I fully expect to see plenty more from mom of the year nominee Heidi Klum this summer.
