Guys In Boat Get Surprise Of A Lifetime From Great White Shark: VIDEO

A group of guys in Massachusetts got an interesting surprise while out on a boat.

There are few things more menacing in the animal thunderdome than a great white shark. Are your odds of encountering one in real life high?

The odds are precisely 0% as long as you stay on land, but once you venture into the ocean, all bets are off. You never know when one of those beasts will come take a look, and that's exactly what happened to some dudes boating.

Viral video shows great white shark checking out a boat.

A viral TikTok video shared by AccuWeather shows a young great white shark paying a boat a little visit for what almost seems like an inspection.

At one point of the video, it looked like the shark was almost trying to bite the boat. One guy smartly told everyone else to stay on the boat - which is stunning that advice even needed to be said.

Check out the wild footage below, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Naturally, people in the comments section had plenty of things to say:

  • He wants to talk to you about your boat insurance.
  • I would somehow immediately fall in.
  • The "do not touch it" would be my husband talking to me in this situation.
  • Can I pet that dog I pet that dog???
  • Aww a puppy white shark
  • I’ve seen Jaws. Do NOT hang over the side of the boat looking at it.

This is why I like to keep my feet on dry surfaces far from the ocean. That beast appears to be a very young great white shark, and it's still more than big enough to annihilate any human that might want to get in the water.

Hard pass. It's going to absolutely be a no from me. While the shark didn't do anything too menacing - other than perhaps try to bite the boat - I'm still not interested in mixing it up with the animal thunderdome.

I wouldn't even feel comfortable in a boat near great white sharks unless the boat had some significant size and weight to it. You simply never know what might happen, and we've all seen "Jaws." Still, it's a great video. Let me know what you think at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
