Frontier Airlines Passenger, Who Pulled Her Pants Down & Threatened To Pee In Aisle, Hit With Federal Charges
A Frontier Airlines passenger, who pulled her pants down and threatened to pee in the aisle during a meltdown on a flight the week of Thanksgiving, is now facing federal charges.
Dulce Huertas, who is 60 years old and from Philadelphia, is facing charges of interference with flight crew members and attendants, simple assault and indecent exposure. She was traveling from Orlando to Philadelphia at the time.
According to prosecutors, she had two cocktails before pulling her pants down on the plane and squatting in the middle of the aisle. Her outburst came after a flight attendant wouldn't let her use the bathroom.
When her fellow passengers voiced their displeasure with her behavior, she yelled, "I don't give a f–k. F–k you! I gotta go pee!" Despite her claims, she didn't pee in the aisle.
Thankfully, for those on the flight, she only pulled her pants down. Seeing the woman's ass as she's in the middle of an outburst is bad enough, but imagine having to navigate your way around a puddle of urine in the aisle as you are getting off the plane. Nobody wants to deal with that.
To the surprise of her fellow passengers, security never confronted the woman. She wasn't removed from the plane when it landed or anything. In fact, she was spotted walking outside the airport as if she hadn't, moments earlier, dropped her pants on a plane.

"I was on this flight…," fellow passenger Laurette Miller commented at the time. "She was NOT arrested! She was in the parking lot 15 min after we got off."
"She didn't even have a security escort!"
FBI Special Agent Kyle Kapron detailed the woman's unhinged behavior in the criminal complaint. In addition to pulling her pants down and cursing at flight attendants and passengers, she's also accused of pushing passengers as she made her way to the front of the plane after it landed.
Huertas is facing a maximum of 21 years and three months in prison if convicted. She could also receive three years of supervised release and a $355,000 fine.
That seems excessive for pulling your pants down on an airplane, but you can't have folks thinking they can throw out peeing-in-the-aisle threats all willy-nilly.
