Drunk Middle-Aged Ladies Love To Grab Mickey Mouse's Bum According To Former Disney Employee
It turns out there's a lot more that goes into throwing on the Mickey Mouse costume at Disney than posing for pictures with kids. According to a former Disney employee, who was tasked with wearing the infamous costume during her time working at "The Happiest Place On Earth," kids aren't the only ones who love Mickey.
Drunk middle-aged women have a particular fondness for the character, and they're not afraid to show their "love," no matter how inappropriate. 24-year-old Darla Eliza jumped on a TikTok trend a few days ago where people share a piece of trauma they have that is actually funny.
Darla revealed in a clip, that now has more than 1.4 million views, how she was far more likely to be groped in her Mickey Mouse costume as opposed to the times when she would portray Tinkerbell. She said, "Mister Mortimer Mouse would get groped a hell of a lot more than my pixie pal would."
"A lot of drunk middle-aged ladies would come, and they'd go to meet Mickey and they, for some reason, think that the 4-foot-8 person in the costume is an adult man and not just a really short woman."
Unfortunately for our unlucky Mickey, the drunk ladies who couldn't keep their hands to themselves weren't only going for a quick squeeze of the backside.
"More often than not, when these drunk old ladies would come meet Mickey, they’d put her hand around him and just take like a big grab of like ass," she continued. "Sometimes they would reach for his like crotch."
There's Apparently A Lot Going On At Disney That Most Of Us Don't Know About
As bad as all that is, one encounter with a guest topped all of the unwanted groping from the middle-aged women who had too much to drink. Darla was invited back to a room by a woman who was at Disney with a bachelorette party.
"While there was one particular time where this bachelorette party showed up," Darla said. "The lady got a big handful of me, and she whispers in Mickey’s ear, she says, ‘We’re staying at the Polynesian, our room is da da da da, if you want to stop by after work, honey.’"
Not wanting to be rude, Darla decided to show up to the room after her shift ended. She didn't wear the Mickey Mouse costume, which seemed to have confused the woman who had invited her. The woman thought the short blonde woman standing at her door was housekeeping.
Who knew there was so much going on at Disney? Here I thought the middle-aged women were putting a few back purely to survive the trip with their kids.
For some, that's the case. Others appear to be using it as liquid courage for their big moment with Mickey.
