Donald Trump Receives Standing Ovation After Saying Men Won't Compete In Women's Sports During RNC Speech

The applause for Donald Trump throughout the former President's speech at the Republican National Convention on Thursday night was virtually never-ending, but the loudest pop from the crowd came when he issued a statement about men competing in women's sports.

Transgender athletes - biological men - have been infiltrating women's sports over the last handful of years, particularly in Olympic sports, and it has become a major talking point on both side of the political aisle.

Many on the left do not see an issue with biological men competing against women, and in some cases young girls.  The most liberal people are actually encouraging the idea. The conservative crowd approaches the topic with more common sense, and recognizes a man is a man, a woman is a woman, and sports should be separated between the two.

Donald Trump and the Republican Party see it that way. So when he said "We will not have men playing in women's sports, that will end immediately," everyone in attendance at the RNC cheered. The applause lasted over 10 seconds with many supporters standing to their feet.

There is no denying that saying ‘men shouldn't play against women' is an easy talking point, but in the year 2024 it's a legitimate one that must be addressed at the highest level.

The left claims that transgender athletes taking over women's sports is not a serious issue given the small number of trans athletes competing against women, but the examples of biological men taking opportunities away from women continue to mount.
