Democrats Would Be Better Off Handing The Ball To Eddie Harris Than Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris is being called upon to pitch the 9th inning of a blowout that stemmed from the noodle arm of ice cream connoisseur President (for now) Joe Biden.

And as we’ve seen before, Kamala doesn’t have Major League level stuff. Her talents, and I use that term loosely, are better suited for Double-A dollar dog nights and September call-ups when the team’s long been out of the pennant race.

If the loonies on the left wanted a real shot at beating Donald Trump come November, they’d have a much better chance by throwing another Harris: Cleveland Indians veteran ace, Eddie Harris.

When’s the last time Kamala used a little Crisco, Bardol, or Vagisil to get some movement on her fastball? Likely never. Ed Harris, a man who knows his limitations, wouldn’t hesitate to do what it takes to give his pitch another two to three inches of drop.

At the risk of offending someone, Kamala wouldn't dare.

Can anyone confidently call upon Kamala to strike out the Right’s version of Haywood? No chance. Eddie Harris on the other hand? That’s the crafty old vet you want on the bump for Game 7.

Ed Harris scoffed at the suggestion that Jesus Christ couldn’t hit a curveball. When the question arose, he stood up to a man half his age that possessed the kind of power not seen since juiced-up Brady Anderson. At least the man has some principle. On the other hand, Kamala would likely agree that JC would have trouble with the curve and suggest he identify as a woman for the remainder of the series and take his cuts in a softball league to better his chances.

Kamala Harris Appears To Be Headed Toward Democratic Nomination, Ed Harris Would Be A Tougher Out

I mean, don’t get me wrong, Trump’s taking either one yard, like he just did to Biden, but at least the salt and pepper-haired Eddie H poses some threat of sneaking one by the Donald. Kamala? Not so much. She’s proven to be so incompetent over the last three and a half years that it would be a miracle if she could throw even a single strike by  Donald Trump. The same Trump who's clearly ahead in the count.

On the other hand, Harris does have two things going for her that savvy vet Eddie Harris doesn’t. One: you can slide her in behind the plate and fit her with the tools of ignorance, because if there’s one thing we know about Kamala Harris, it’s that she’s comfortable in a mask. And two: you’ll never have to worry about her not showing up in Atlanta. Braves games feature between innings races and Kamala never misses the opportunity to play the race game.

Fortunately for the right, the all but certain decision by the Democratic Party to toss Kamala Harris out there against Donald Trump is another swing and a miss for the left.
