Dana White Gets FedEx Driver Fired After Damaging Boxes

One of the reasons why Dana White is so well-liked by many is because he comes across as a regular guy. What you see is what you get, and he doesn't have time for BS.

So, when Dana was in a car in New York City earlier this week and saw a FedEx deliveryman messing around with people's packages by throwing them into the back of the work truck, there was no way the UFC President wasn't going to call him out on it.

DANA WHITE POSTED THE VIDEO ON HIS SOCIALS

As Dana saw the FedEx guy literally chucking up packages like he was Jalen Brunson, White told his driver to pull over. Dana then took out his cell phone and began filming the guy shooting jumpshots with other people's packages before posting it on his social media pages.

"FedEx, we’ll get your sh** there, but we’ll f*ck it up," Dana quipped on his cell phone video.

Well, actions have consequences, regardless if one is having fun or not. And as Dana's video went viral, FedEx caught wind of it.

That deliveryman now doesn't have a job.

IS DANA WHITE IN THE WRONG?

"The behavior depicted in the video is unacceptable and inconsistent with the professionalism FedEx demonstrates every day," the company said in a statement. "We are committed to treating our customers’ packages with the utmost care, and this driver is no longer providing service for our company as a result of this behavior."

However, now some on social media are ripping Dana for getting the worker fired.

As someone who has spent time interviewing and interacting with Dana White multiple times throughout the years, I can say that I highly doubt he was trying to make the guy lose his job - despite how egregious the worker's actions were. So far, White has not commented on the FedEx worker's firing.

Regardless, the fact that people are coming to the person who was literally throwing other people's packages around and think that somehow he's the victim is absolutely absurd.

And for those that are upset with Dana, I want you to remember this the next time your packages show up damaged.
