CNN Refuses To Air Ad Faulting Biden for Laken Riley’s Murder

Laken Riley's death is the story Joe Biden cannot suppress. 

Her death, caused by an illegal who easily entered this country via Biden's border policy, could have an impact on the 2024 election. Immigration is already the No. 1 concern voters have heading into the election, per a new Gallup poll.

So, it's hardly a surprise to see CNN perform damage control for Joe Biden. Last week, CNN declined to air an ad that faults Biden for Laken Riley’s murder during his eccentric State of the Union address.

"CNN and Joe Biden are in lockstep once again," said the conservative nonprofit Building America’s Future. 

"It is shameful that CNN is censoring the truth and trying to protect President Biden by refusing to air this ad. The American people understand that Biden’s open borders agenda is responsible for the death of Laken Riley," Cox continued. "Building America’s Future won't be deterred when it comes to the important work of informing the public on how we are all less safe in Joe Biden’s America." 

Interestingly, even MSNBC ran the ad during the speech. As did the Fox News Channel. 

"Laken Riley should have been able to go on a run, in broad daylight without being murdered by an illegal immigrant. But Joe Biden promised not to deport illegal immigrants," begins the ad.

Hard to argue.

A CNN spokesperson told Fox News Digital that "the advertisement did not meet commercial clearance guidelines and policies."

Got it.

In the meantime, Laken Riley's mother responded to Biden finally saying her daughter's name during the speech – only to refer to her as "Lincoln."

"Biden does not even KNOW my child’s name – it’s pathetic! If you are going to say her name (even when forced to do so) at least say the right name!" Laken’s mother, Allyson Phillips, wrote on Facebook.

At least Joe Biden knows the name "George Floyd." He continues to utter his name, four years later. 

"Congress must pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, so we can make police reform the law of the land," Biden posted on X two weeks ago on the day of Riley's funeral.

Laken Riley would still be alive were it not for Biden's senseless, America Last border policy.

"The Laken Riley story isn’t going away. It crystallizes Joe Biden’s border failures. She’d still be alive if he weren’t president," Clay Travis tweeted over the weekend.
