Brittany Mahomes: My Back Is Blown Out
Ladies, this should be the only warning you need to start taking care of your "pelvic floor."
Brittany Mahomes, who is sitting atop the half-billion dollar Patrick Mahomes Empire, revealed this week that she's dealing with a fractured back while trying to raise a toddler and the heir apparent to the Mahomes quarterback empire in 1-year-old Bronze.
"Just your daily reminder: Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor," Brit Brit told her fans on Instagram Story. "Seriously. From: A girl with a fractured back [smile emoji]."
I'm not a doctor, but I know how to use Google and I trust the folks at the Cleveland Clinic who just happen to specialize in pelvic fracture content. The Clinic notes that there are three typical ways to suffer a fracture in the pelvic region to the pelvic floor including "high-impact events" like car accidents "or falling from a significant height."
Mahomes didn't reveal how this fracture came about.
Cleveland Clinic further reports that pelvic fractures can be the result of "bone-weakening diseases" and "athletic activities."
But, even with the blown out back, that hasn't stopped Brit Brit from her mother duties. On Instagram Story, she told the world that she's on vacation with Super Bowl champion Patrick and her kids. Brit even made avocado toast this morning.
It's been a busy offseason for the Mahomes crew. Brittany has already gone on a girls' trip to the tropics where she dumped out new bikini content for her fans and made a trip to Disneyland so the kids could see Mickey after a long NFL season.
Now, it sounds like it's time to heal the back and lay low for the rest of the spring before firing up yet another title defense in Kansas City.
