Britney Spears' Husband Sam Asghari Defends Her Steamy Pics

Britney Spears' teenage sons be damned, the aging pop diva is going to keep churning out naked pics for the world to see. Sigh. I guess we'll just have to be OK with those continuing to populate our Instagram feeds.

After rumors surfaced that Spears' teenage sons—Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15—have refused to see their mom for months because of her frequent NSFW Instagram posts, Britney's husband, Sam Asghari, shot down those rumors. Not only did Asghari dismiss the notion that Britney's boys would hold her nudes against her, he also shrugged it off as normal behavior between parents and their kids that could cause embarrassment. Asghari seemingly sees a couple of booty and knockers pics with well-placed emojis as roughly the equivalent of your dad picking you up from school while wearing socks with sandals. Or maybe it's more similar to your mom doing her best Elaine Benes routine at your neighbor's daughter's wedding.

Either way, Sam's OK with Britney's sizzling social media. “Even if there was truth to her kids being ashamed of their mothers choices and positive body image they wouldn’t be the 1st teenagers emberrassed of their parents. The mere presence of a parent can humiliate a teenager," Asghari said Monday in a since-deleted Instagram story.

The 28-year-old Asghari, who married the 40-year-old Spears in June, further supported his wife's fondness for regularly sharing snaps of her up-tops with her more than 40 million Instagram followers, stating: "Eventually if not already they will realize their mothers choices are harmless and an expression of a newly found freedom,” wrote Asghari. “There is nothing to be embarrassed about just lots of things to be proud of.”

I'm not one to Monday morning quarterback someone's parenting skills, but I would like to suggest a pair of blinders for the Spears boys' next birthdays.
