Country Music Star Teases MAGA Song

Country music star Brian Kelley appears to have a pro-America song on the way.

Kelley, who performed at the RNC this week, shot to the top of the country music world as half of "Florida Georgia Line." The group split a couple years ago, and there's long been speculation politics might have played a role.

The popular singer is more on the conservative side while former group member Tyler Hubbard is more on the left. Whether politics actually played a role or not has never been confirmed, but Kelley is making his stance on politics clear with his upcoming song.

Brian Kelley teases new pro-America song.

Kelley posted on Instagram Thursday that he has a new song on the way with a title that many people will recognize:

"Make America Great Again."

What exactly will the theme and message of the song be? That remains to be seen, but I'm guessing it's going to be overwhelmingly pro-America when it drops next Friday. If you're going to lean into the MAGA theme, it only makes sense to hype up the USA.

Plus, Kelley is a very patriotic dude.

Jason Aldean's wife Brittany and many others were quick to show support for Kelley after he announced that the song is on the way.

Below are a few more of the positive comments:

  • We are SOOOOO excited about this!!!!
  • Thank you for not being afraid to stand up for America!!!!!!
  • Can't wait
  • Tyler is probably in his woke safe space shaking cause you love your country.
  • It’s wild to me that these words trigger anyone. 😂 can’t wait to hear it
  • Are we witnessing country music greatness?!?

It feels like there's been a definite vibe shift in the country over the past few months. It seemed like many people wanted to make being patriotic a bad thing. It's not. It's not a bad thing at all. We all should be proud to be patriots, and loving the USA definitely seems to be making a comeback.

Now, the popular country singer is leaning into that energy.

We'll find out if the song is great or not next Friday. Hit me with your predictions at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
