Boomer Esiason Goes Full Michael Scott With Taylor Swift/Super Bowl Take

Boomer Esiason believes it's possible Taylor Swift will make demands in order to attend the Super Bowl between the Chiefs and 49ers in Las Vegas.

Boomer Esiason appears to have gone to the Michael Scott school of business.

The Super Bowl is this weekend, and all eyes are on Las Vegas to watch the chaos and carnage unfold in Sin City. Football fans can't wait, but there's one big question looming over the event:

Will Taylor Swift be able to make the game to watch Travis Kelce after playing a concert in Japan?

The situation is so serious that the Japanese embassy even released a statement ensuring fans in Japan that the show will move forward as planned.

Boomer Esiason unleashes awesome Taylor Swift take.

Esiason wants to take things to the next level. He believes Swift's people are laying out a list of pricey demands to make sure she shows up.

"You’ve got to know that her people are in touch with the NFL. And her people are probably saying, ‘If you want her at the game you’ve got to pay for the jet coming back from Tokyo. And she needs her own suite. And she needs her own suite.’ I’m telling you, man. This is all about business, man. This is all about business. How many times are we, CBS, going to show her? And are we going to show an arrival shot," Esiason said ahead of the Super Bowl.

This is an AWESOME take from Boomer. Absolutely incredible. I love the idea of Taylor Swift's agent calling Roger Goodell and demanding a private jet from Japan and a private suite at the Super Bowl just to attend so she can *checks notes* watch her boyfriend play.

Now, that's a based take if I've ever heard one, and I say that as a compliment. Demanding the NFL pay Swift to show up is something only Michael Scott could have cooked up.

The woman owns multiple private jets and by most estimates, is a billionaire. You think she needs a couple million to attend the Super Bowl?

A few million dollars might be a lot of money to regular people like a blue-collar guy like myself, but it's a rounding error to someone like Taylor Swift.

She can probably find that kind of cash under her mattress. She doesn't just have "f*** you money." Taylor Swift has more money than most dictators.

I guess if the league and CBS will pay, then more power to them, but I find that nearly impossible to believe. There is no chance the NFL will cut Swift a check just to show up, but I suppose it's worth asking. What's the worst they can say? Also, in case you're in doubt, there is zero chance Swift isn't at the game. That's a guarantee you can take to the bank. Let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
