Bill Gates' Daughter, Phoebe, Confirms She's Dating Paul McCartney's Grandson
Decades ago, Paul McCartney and The Beatles sang about how "Money Can't Buy Me Love," but even Sir Paul didn't know what was about to happen to his grandson.
According to the Daily Mail, Arthur Donald, McCartney's 25-year-old grandson, has been romantically linked to Bill Gates' daughter Phoebe, which is sure to make the "spread the wealth" whiners lose their minds. It doesn't get much more elitist than a billionaire heiress dating a member of the McCartney gene pool.
The latest dating news came as Phoebe, 21, celebrated her graduation from Stanford University with an old-fashioned blog in Nylon magazine where she documented the end of her college career. In the Nylon post, Phoebe referred to Arthur as her ‘boyfriend’ and now we have a full-blown heiress and heir storyline.
Sure, McCartney may have sung about how all the gold and riches can't lead to a life full of love and happiness. But Paul wasn't in the position his grandson, whose mother is Mary McCartney, is in now and hanging out with $134 billion Bill Gates' daughter. I'd be willing to do A LOT of things for that kind of love contract, even if I did have to pretend to like my nerd of a father-in-law.
If you thought Game of Thrones had some drama, we can only hope that these two eventually wed so we can get the popcorn ready as the aristocracy infiltrates Silicon Valley in what truly is a game-changing moment. We're talking legacies, the future of money in this country, music catalogs, computers, pop culture.
You can be sure that the recently divorced 68-year-old Gates and 82-year-old McCartney at some time in their lives informed both children about the importance of marrying a rich person and continuing the family name.
The elites look after the elites, after all.
