Massive Bear Roams Reno Searching For Food In Awesome Video
We have another crazy animal thunderdome video, but this one isn't menacing at all.
Generally speaking, a lot of the nature content on OutKick involves animals that seem ready to tear people apart. We literally just saw an alligator try to attack people on a golf cart in Florida.
The animal thunderdome is truly out of control.
Bear goes viral in Reno.
However, not every nature video has to be life or death. Some can just be fun, and that's exactly what a video shared by 2 News Nevada is.
The news outlet shared a heartwarming video of a massive bear roaming around Reno looking for food following a big snow storm.
Check out the awesome video below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
I don't know why but this video just hits a soft spot in my soul. To be clear, bears are incredibly dangerous, will attack humans without hesitation and can absolutely kill people without a second thought.
I'm not encouraging anyone to go anywhere near bears out in the wild. Don't do it. In fact, if you have to go into bear country, I suggest going armed. It was one of the first lessons taught to me when I lived in Montana, and it's advice I've followed ever since.
However, nobody is in any danger in this video. The bear is apparently not interested in hibernating. It was on the hunt for food, covered in snow and was even attempting to pull down tree branches to get something to eat.
If that doesn't warm your heart at least a little bit, then you might want to check to make sure you still have a soul.
Now that we have our feel good nature content out of the way, we can get back to the animal thunderdome being wild. Hit me with any solid videos at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
