Amish Woman Goes Viral Recreating Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders 'Thunderstruck' Dance Routine
You know the old saying "What happens behind the barn stays behind the barn." That's the motto one Amish woman has taken to heart while creating viral videos on TikTok.
In one of the more recent videos, the Amish content creator - with no profile picture or bio - takes on the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders signature Thunderstruck dance routine.
I think it's pretty safe to assume that, in addition to a cellphone and TikTok, she's been spending her Rumspringa taking in some Netflix. Quite possibly the series America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
That or she's been taking a deep dive into some of the trends on the video sharing app. Either way, she nailed the routine behind the barn and has picked up nearly 4 million views in just two days.
Is TikTok Ready For A Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Dance Routine Recreating Amish Superstar?
Are we looking at a natural when it comes to the content game? I don't think we have enough of a body of work to make that sort of determination just yet. The instincts appear to be there.
However, this could all be an example of the behind the barn content taking off strictly because it's taking place behind the barn. The comments, unfortunately, seem to suggest that's the case.
"We got Amish DCC thunderstruck before we got Rep TV," one of those who showed up in the comment section said of the viral video.
Another said, "Even the Amish girlies know it’s one hit not two."
A disappointed Grand Theft Auto fan added, "we got amish dcc thunderstruck before gta 6."
While a fan in the making weighed in with, "Ahh! I love the Amish Plowboys Cheerleaders!"
Count me among those who consider themselves a fan in the making. I arrived for the Thunderstruck dance routine video, but I hope to still be around when the butter-churning videos drop.
The same probably can't be said about most of the millions who arrived because of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders dance routine. And that's a real shame.
