TikTok Star Alix Earle Lands Cover Of SI Swimsuit's Inaugural Digital Issue
What an off-season for Alix Earle. We haven’t even hit the Miami Dolphins minicamp yet and the TikTok star and NFL WAG has landed her second magazine cover in as many months.
On Friday it was announced that the 23-year-old, who is set to enter her second season in the league and appeared on the cover of Flaunt Magazine last month, was appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's first "brand new, one-of-a-kind" digital issue.
"We are incredibly excited to introduce this dynamic new approach to delivering Sports Illustrated Swimsuit content. Our goal is to elevate the SI Swimsuit brand to new heights while staying true to our legacy of celebrating beauty, diversity and important storytelling," MJ Day, the editor of SI Swimsuit announced on Instagram.
"With our new digital issues, we are keeping pace with the rapidly evolving media landscape while also providing additional opportunities for talent alike to share their narratives and upcoming projects with our robust audience."
Alix Earle's Dream Of Appearing On The Cover Of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Has Come True
That wasn't the only news involving Alix that SI Swimsuit had to share. She'll also be making her debut on the runway when she appears in the Miami Swim Week Runway Show on Saturday night.
Making waves by dating a star player on the best team in the NFL is easy work. Try doing so by dating a backup receiver/returner on the Miami Dolphins as a TikToker with a humble 6.8 million followers.
That's where the real work comes in and, judging by the results that Alix has produced this off-season, she's been putting in the work, and it's paying off for the TikTok star, podcast host, and cover model.
"It has been a long-time dream of mine to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and I’m deeply honored to be named their first-ever digital cover star," Alix said via press release, according to People.
"Becoming part of the SI family and now joining alongside such strong, powerful, and inspiring women is incredibly meaningful to me."
There you have it, a dream fulfilled, more lines added to a growing resume, and it's all happening in a matter of months between TikTok content and off-season vacations. That's how you prep for a strong NFL season.
