Actor Steve Buscemi Attacked In Broad Daylight By New York Mad Man
A random madman in New York reportedly attacked actor Steve Buscemi, highlighting the unsafe conditions in cities run by Dems.
The actor's publicist announced Sunday that Buscemi was punched in the face during an unprompted attack Wednesday while walking through Kips Bay.
Buscemi, 66, was transported to a nearby hospital after suffering "bruising, swelling and bleeding to his left eye." According to the arrest details relayed by the New York Post, the unhinged attacker went after Buscemi in broad daylight. He is the latest actor to suffer a random attack from a New York transient. Actors Rick Moranis and Michael Stuhlbarg were victims of random attacks in New York.

"Steve Buscemi was assaulted in Mid-Town Manhattan, another victim of a random act of violence in the city," the statement read in part.
"He is ok and appreciates everyone’s well wishes."
No suspects have been arrested for Buscemi's attack. The New York Police Department announced that an investigation has been launched looking into the assailant.
With more than 100 credits in movies and television, Buscemi is a recognizable and fairly liked face in the industry. Buscemi appeared in big-screen classics such as "Reservoir Dogs," "The Big Lebowski," and "Fargo." He also played a memorable role in "The Sopranos" as Tony Soprano's nepo-cousin, Tony Blundetto.

Actors, athletes and more public figures residing in bi-coastal cities are all too familiar with falling under the umbrella of widespread violent crimes and looting.
In one of the more shocking incidents in 2023, a Chicago TV crew was robbed of their equipment during a live broadcast.
