Accountant Turned Escort Doesn't Consider It Cheating When Her Clients Are Married

Cheating isn't as straightforward as you might think.  Well, according to Australian escort Katija Cortez, anyway.  She doesn't consider it cheating when her married clients pay her a visit.

The former accountant who has quite the bio, which includes a Playboy Playmate of the Year credit along with one for making an FHM Top 100 Sexiest Women list, estimates that at least 50% of her clients are married or in a relationship.

But there's no way Katija could know for sure.  She's not trying to ruin the mood with talk about her client's relationships. If they mention it, that's one thing, but you're not going to find her pulling the unprofessional move.

You're certainly not going to find her turning away anyone that she knows for sure is married. She's not here to discriminate. She has a job to do.

"Denying a service to someone based on their relationship status would be considered discrimination in any other industry," she told the Daily Mail.

"I don't think I've ever had a client who is married that has ever spoken badly about their wife. The only ones who do ever show frustration with their partners are the ones going through messy divorces, but even then most of the time they will still speak very politely about their partner."

Katija knows the struggles of finding a partner all too well. Her success as a businesswoman has reduced her dating pool significantly.

She says married men seek out escorts because it's easier and less complicated than having a full-blown affair. This cuts out the messiness that comes when feelings are involved. That's why it's not cheating.

"I don't like to call it cheating when a married man sees me, because there aren't any romantic feelings involved.  They come to me because they want to laugh, be held, and be pleasured," she said.

"I actually find it quite moving when clients speak lovingly of their partners.  The reason they are seeing me doesn't have anything to do with them not loving their wives and family."

These guys aren't out there looking for love. It's only the physical they're after. A little pick me up, and they're on their way back to the wife most of them love.

"I think a lot of women don't realize that most men are just as sensitive and vulnerable as we are, and they crave intimacy too," she added.

Sure, there are those going through rough divorces or their marriages are in the toilet.  Katija recognizes that, but those aren't the majority of her experiences and, in either case, they're not her problem.

"Wives need to understand that us sex workers are not going out stalking married men and dragging them into our hotel rooms.  Married men seek us out willingly. We are not the problem," she said.

Katija's approach is simple.  She's not encouraging cheating, she doesn't believe in monogamy is all.

To each their own, but I'm going to guess the majority of the wives of these married men are going to consider hooking up with an escort as an act of cheating.
